Taylor Swift is no longer playing the role of Eponine in the upcoming film adaptation of Les Miserables. The singer was said to have landed the role in the film weeks ago, however, Les Miserables producer Cameron Mackintosh has now revealed that the role has been given to British newcomer Samantha Barks, who played the role in a 2010 West End live production and for the twenty-fifth anniversary concert of the Broadway production at the O2 Center in London.

The Les Miserables film adaptation's all-star cast includes Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Sacha Baron Cohen and Anne Hathaway.

While reportedly rehearsing for her would-be role, Swift has been spotted walking around London in recent weeks.

"I'm having such a great time filming this show for Food Network!" Yearwood revealed to fans via Facebook. "Don't worry, music fans, I'm working on a new record, too!"

Rascal Flatts have confirmed an appearance at a private party for the Big Machine Label group at the upcoming Country Radio Seminar in Nashville, Tennessee on February 21. The event will be hosted by CMT Radio Live host Cody Alan and will also include appearances by The Band Perry, Edens Edge, Brantley Gilbert, Martina McBride and Justin Moore. With the appearance, Rascal Flatts will help promote their forthcoming new release Changed.

In the comedy sketch, the country singer spoofs the NBC show by appearing as a guest judge on the parody show The Vibe, in which judges critique potential singers while encased in sensory deprivation chambers where they cannot see or hear the auditioning singers. Wick appears wearing large black goggles and complains: "I can't see or hear anything," basing his impersonation on his friend, Blake Shelton.

Rumors of Reba's death spread across the web earlier this week and claimed that she was filming a movie in Austria and died while shooting in the mountains. Various news sources then ran the story, moving it quickly across the web:

"Preliminary reports from Austrian Police officials indicate that the actress fell more than 100 feet to her death in a remote area of the Hahnenkamm mountains while on-set," a report on Global Associated News reported.

Reba's reps, however, have been quick to kill the rumor in an official statement:

"Contrary to ludicrous reports, Reba has not passed away, nor was she even in Austria at the time of her alleged death," McEntire's rep tells the Daily News. "Reba is alive and well, but would like to thank her loyal fans for their concern."
